Allina Health Annandale Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their busy practice.Primary care team has 3 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers, 1 Internal Medicine Physician Providers, 1 Pediatrician, 1 Internal Medicine PhysicianServices offered: Medical imaging, mental health services, and women's health36 patient contact hours per weekMinimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage supportOutpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing familiesClinic hours are Monday: 7:30am-7pm, Tuesday-Friday: 7:30am-5pm, and closed Saturday-SundayEMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.

Job Description:

Principle ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.May participate in peer review and quality assurance


Job Requirements

Master's degree Completion of accredited Physician Assistant program requiredLicensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hireCertification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire requiredMaster's degree Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program required

OR

Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire and Certified Nurse Practitioner - ANCC - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) required certification within specialty upon hire and BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days and Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)  Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)  Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

Pay Range

Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
