Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a family-oriented primary care team in northern California. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a well-established, long-standing group while focusing on outpatient care only. The team is highly collegial, but you will have plenty of autonomy in this role as well as the ability to build your own patient panel. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
