In this role, you will join a busy practice with an experienced group. Our Merrill Center has a strong primary care presence in the community with a variety of outreach. Onsite radiology, lab collection, mobile mammography, bone density, ultrasound, and echo. You will take call once every three months on the weekend from home. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Master’s Degree in Nursing. **Preferred/Optional:** None **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** None **Preferred/Optional:** One to three years’ nursing experience in specialty. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required:** Current State of Wisconsin Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner Licensure. Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
