Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join an innovative team of providers who are increasing patient access & supporting our clinic-based teams throughout Oregon. You will provide direct patient care through virtual visits -OR- indirect care by supporting physicians with in-basket management. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two-years post-graduate experience within a primary care setting. You will be part of an integrated, team-based care model including a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management team, and an outstanding operational support team. * On-Call, flexible, daytime hours with no call * Virtual visits and/or indirect patient care (remote) * May also include float days in the clinic (in person) * Must live in the Portland metro area (or Medford / Southern Oregon) * Two-years post-graduate clinical experience within primary care setting required * Malpractice liability insurance provided **Where You’ll Work** Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
