QUALIFICATIONS:

Health - Ability to meet performance requirements.

Education and Training:

Master’s degree from an accredited program Valid unencumbered nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant license to practice in this state Maintains license and malpractice insurance CPR certification Professional experience in the practice of geriatrics preferred Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements Current knowledge of infection prevention and control according to current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to IPC practices in the center
