Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic, clinically adept Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Physician leaders at a brand new state-of-the-art LTACH. Your role will be to manage inpatients at a very busy LTACH in the Madison, WI area. The patient diagnostic complexity involves managing trach/vent, complicated wounds, and multiple co-morbidities. You must be comfortable managing acute changes in place.   This position involves working a 7 on, 7 off shift schedule, including weekend rotations, to manage patients and collaborate with our Hospitalists.   Additionally, you would collaborate with corporate leadership to assist in maintaining optimal momentum of our stellar quality metrics, program components, and implementing our proprietary protocols to achieve clinical outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic and talented NP/PA to join our team!   If you are driven by achieving a high standard of clinical excellence and enjoy an acute care collaborative environment, this position is a great match for you!   Experience   Minimum 3 to 5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner is required, with the ability to work autonomously. Education   Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Wisconsin.
