Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Pulmonary Medicine team at our outpatient clinic in Temple, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative team that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care.
\n\nPosition Highlights:\n\n\nOutpatient only – no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements
\n\n\nIndependent management of patients in clinic, with close collaboration with pulmonary physicians and care team
\n\n\nPotential for minor procedures, such as chest tube removal
\n\n\nPulmonary experience preferred but not required – training and mentorship provided
\n\n\nJoin a well-established department within a nationally recognized healthcare system
\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\nCurrent license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
\n\n\nGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n\n\nAbility to work autonomously in an outpatient setting
\n\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills
\n\n\nPulmonary or internal medicine experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
