Your role will be integral to our dedication to providing high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in the field of Surgical Oncology. * Position is a mix of first assisting and clinic days with rounding as needed at Providence Saint John’s * Minimum 2 years surgical experience as a Physician Assistant * Minimum 2 year surgical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and RNFA required * Monday through Friday schedule - 40 hour work week * No nights, weekends, or call * 2 to 3 days of First Assisting in the OR * Provider should be team oriented and flexible; someone who thrives on ‘not every day is the same’ * Long term opportunity that offers growth potential * Compensation is between $156,997 and $211,460 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
