Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine to join their team in Mission Viejo, California. This role focuses on seeing patients recently discharged from the hospital, with the goal of reducing readmissions. Patients are seen only once before transitioning back to their primary care providers. Make a meaningful impact in healthcare while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Mission Viejo, California. * Per Diem * Outpatient Care * Monday to Friday schedule * Acute Care Experience preferred, Cardiology Experience preferred * Compensation is between $81.80 and $106.25 per hour * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
