Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Recruiter Human Resources, the Nurse Recruiter performs recruitment for specific positions of internal and external candidates and guides managers through the recruitment process. Resources candidates and works with advertising on innovative ways to attract talent to meet employment objectives by formulating and implementing long and short-term goals and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience Minimum one year with recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes, preferably with hospital staffing experience. Medical Surgical Hospital RN experience is highly preferred. Licensure and/or Certification RN License preferable Skills Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer skills required. Interpersonal skills. Organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidential information.
