The Talent Acquisition Manager, Nurse Hiring will drive operational initiatives aimed at improving nursing talent acquisition effectiveness and enhancing the candidate experience. This role will create scalable and repeatable processes across the Novant Health system, optimizing existing programs to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will employ data-driven strategies to guide change management and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
+ Education: Master’s degree required (MSN, MBA, MHA, or comparable).
+ Experience:
+ 5 years of nurse leadership experience including workforce management, fiscal management, and succession
planning.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience with direct hiring and/or interviewing experience, with a focus on clinical hiring
preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: RN
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Operational Leadership:
o Drive initiatives to improve talent acquisition effectiveness and candidate experience.
o Develop and implement processes and infrastructure that create business value across
the organization.
o Ensure alignment with Novant Health’s mission, vision, and values in all recruitment
activities.
· Recruitment Strategy:
o Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for diverse clinical roles, ensuring the hiring of
quality talent.
o Facilitate building and maintaining high- touch relationships with active and passive
candidates.
o Collaborate with recruiting teams and department leaders to design and implement
innovative recruitment strategies.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
o Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
o Maintain regular communication with nursing and clinical leaders to foster
collaborative relationships.
o Evaluate recruitment programs using key metrics, including participant and leader
satisfaction, vacancy rates, and turnover rates.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Apply process improvement principles to enhance recruitment activities.
o Identify opportunities for improvement within core processes and implement creative
solutions.
o Stay current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to effectively source
talent.

+ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across
diverse teams.
· Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
