Nurse Residency - Critical Care/Emergency Dept

Crozer Health (CH) is seeking full-time newly graduated nurses for The Fall 2025 Emergency Department and Critical Care Transition to Practice (Residency Program) (including: ICU, Burn Center, Surgical Trauma, and the Emergency Departments) within Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital. 

If selected, nurses will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within one of the nursing departments identified. These positions will be full-time rotating shifts. PLEASE NOTE: During orientation, residents will work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts, up to 40 hours a week.

The RN applicants that are selected and hired for this program will be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Positions are available in the following departments:

Emergency Department CCMC Taylor Critical Care: CCMC: ICU  Burn Treatment Center  Surgical Trauma ICU Taylor ICU

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.  

Candidates that meet the criteria for the position will be contacted and scheduled for an interview.  Applicants are encouraged to input NCLEX dates on their application under the licensure section. Any issues with NCLEX dates or ATT numbers should be disclosed to the recruiter.

The Nurse Residency will begin September,  2025 (specific dates to be determined). Please be advised that nurse residents will be required to work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts during their orientation period.  Each candidate must obtain their PA RN license in order to begin in the Nurse Residency Program.
