**Job Type:** Regular **Time Type:** Full time **Work Shift:** Night (United States of America) **FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** **Job Description:** **Registered Nurse (RN) - 32 - 36 hrs/wk** The Nurse Transition to Practice program is designed for newly graduated nurses or nurses looking to develop their professional skills in either a **medical surgical** or **emergency** **department** setting. Candidates must be able to commit to full time days for the duration of the program (32 hrs/wk minimum). **Qualifications:** + Preferred one year of RN experience in med surg, telemetry, or similar setting OR at least two years of experience as an EMT (intermediate or advanced), ED Tech, or paramedic. Will consider new graduates or other types of experience + Must be able to obtain ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (if hired within the Emergency Dept) within first 12 weeks of employment (certifications will be offered through Anna Jaques Hospital). + Must have MA RN license before August 1, 2024. **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
