If you graduate from a nursing program any time in 2024, this is the posting for you! The process is easy – just submit your application and one of our recruiters will reach out to learn more about your goals (typically within 2 business days).

Things You Should KnowOur residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting:
Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree (We LOVE our Associate degree Grads!)
An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon). Some units are accepting temporary licenses to allow you to start earlier!
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.
