To be eligible you must: · Be a new graduate with a North Carolina or Multi-State RN license · Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) · Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process · If offered a Nurse Residency position, a RN license will be required prior to start date.
