Crozer Health (CH) is seeking full-time newly graduated nurses for The 2024 Telemetry Nurse Residency Program at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital.
The Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support the Graduate Registered Nurse through the transition from student nurse to the role of an independent practitioner. The program combines didactic learning with hands-on clinical skill training guided by an expert clinician. Teaching strategies are focused on the development and utilization of critical thinking and clinical reasoning in the practice environment. Utilizing an inter-professional education model, participants are provided an expanded and more global learning environment, focusing on the holistic care of the patient.
If selected, nurses will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within one of the nursing departments identified. These positions will be full-time rotating shifts. PLEASE NOTE: During orientation, residents will work any combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts, up to 40 hours a week.
The applicants that are selected and hired for this program will be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 in student debt loan forgiveness.
Positions are available in all intermediate care departments.

Please be advised that nurse residents will be required to work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts during their orientation period. Each candidate must obtain their PA RN license in order to begin in the Telemetry Nurse Residency Program.
