The Resident Nurse continues to develop nursing knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors introduced in formal education as they transition into independent practice. Demonstrating appropriate competency in both core and functional areas is expected. Core Schedule: Week 1 Mon, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Wed, Thu Core schedule will be in effect when Resident RN starts independent practice. **Qualifications** **License/Certification:** + Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required. + American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers **Education:** + Associates Degree in Nursing required.
