Fargo Elim is hiring a Full-Time Nurse (RN or LPN) to work in our Long Term Care Unit at our new 88 bed health care center.  As an LTC Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents.  Join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. 

This is a Full-Time Day Shift, benefit eligible position (12-hour shifts) working a SET schedule including every other weekend. Shift: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm

 Nurse (RN or LPN) responsibilities:

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.Performs additional duties as required.

 Nurse (RN or LPN) skills and requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota required.Prior TCU or LTC experience a plus.IV certified or in a current course.Must have strong communication and organizational skills.Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
