MAJOR FUNCTION:
The Clinical Coordination Supervisor- RN will report directly to the Nurse Manager in Clinical Coordination- Access Management and will operate in direct partnership with IMG practices and clinical coordinator RN's. The goal of this position is to assist our clinical team by providing resources, workflows, and daily elbow support so the team can perform optimally. This role will use excellent communication skills, and relationship building skills to improve clinical access impact and collaboration in the organization. This role includes, managing daily assignments, maintain EMR super user, coordinate orientation of new staff, supporting day to day work and inquiries, quality reviews, and professional development opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree required. Experience in care management preferred. 3 to 5 years direct patients care required. 1 to 2 years experience in Primary or ambulatory care setting strongly preferred. 1 to 2 years of leadership experience preferred.Certification/ Licensure:
Registered Professional Nurse required. BLS.
