We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Position available will work 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend. This position will also work every other holiday.

Location Information
We have four senior communities in Minnesota including Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and upcoming is our partnership with St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, Ohio. Responsibilities:
Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential. Proven history of good judgement and integrity High level of commitment to compassionate customer serviceWage: $40.49 - $54.96, based on experience
