We're seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
Hours: 3 Days per week
Location - Free parking available
Reports to: Manager/Deputy Manager and Seniors
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll provide outstanding care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You'll play a crucial role in creating an engaging, musical, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead key worker duties for a designated group of children.
* Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities.
* Conduct high-quality observations and assessments.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development.
* Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Create and maintain an attractive, welcoming environment.
* Collaborate with parents to support children's development.
* Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Childcare.
* Previous experience in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of EYFS requirements.
* Thorough knowledge of safeguarding practices.
* Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this).

Working Hours:

7:45am - 5:00pm
8:30am - 5:45pm
9:00am - 6:00pm
