Childcare certificate Nursery manager - SE5 Job Description We are currently seeking a highly experienced Nursery Manager to lead a busy 81-place nursery and pre-school in Camberwell Grove. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience managing a similar-sized nursery and is committed to providing high-quality early years education in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Details:
Salary: £45,534 per annum, plus industry-leading benefits.

Nursery Size: 81 places, with a dedicated team of 30 staff members.
Transport/Travel: On-site parking available, off-street parking, and a 10-15 minute walk from Denmark Hill station. Local bus routes include 484, 176, and 185.

What We Are Looking For:
Nursery Manager experience in managing a similar-sized nursery (81 places).
Leadership and Management Skills: Experience in managing a team of 30 staff, developing a strong, motivated, and high-performing team.
A strong understanding of Early Years education and care, with a focus on quality improvement and compliance with EYFS and other regulatory standards.
A commitment to ensuring that children receive the best start in life and that the nursery delivers the highest standard of care and education.
The ability to foster strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners, creating a positive and inclusive environment.
