This setting based in Woodford Green is an award-winning nursery that is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit team. This setting is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This suitable candidate will have the flexibility to work in what room they would prefer too and they are looking for this candidarte to work a 3/4 day working week between 7.30am-6pm all year round with the option to work 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with lead educators to assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
-Support classroom routines and transitions, ensuring a smooth and organised daily schedule.
- Interact with children during playtime, encouraging positive social interactions and fostering a sense of curiosity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment that promotes optimal learning and exploration.
-Observe and document children's progress and behaviours as directed by lead educators.
-Participate actively in team meetings, professional development sessions, and training opportunities.
-Uphold the values and standards of Nannies Annies
-Follow and Adherent the structure of our educational programs
- Adherent to all the Nannie Annies and Government policies and procedures.
- Maintain and develop professional relationship with parents/carers at all time
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification
- 1+ years experience in childcare
- Passionate
- Reliable
