Level 3 childcate or above Nursery Practitoner L3+ Job Description We have a position opening for a Level 3 Practitioner to join our amazing team and become part of the family. This beautful setting has recently just expanded, meaning everything is new in the nursery and is very modern. The nursery has an excellent reputation and a Good ofsted rating. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team that offers great support and a clear career path.  The Nursery is conveniently located for access via public transport to local towns and cities via the A12 and there is easy access by train from Romford for travel into London,
We are open full-time from 7:30am - 6:00pm caring for children from 3 months to 5 years. We are open for 51 weeks per year excluding Bank Holidays.
Requirements:
-Has a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.
-Loves being outside come rain or shine. At Explorers we love the great outdoors.
-Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
-Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years - desirable
-Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements

Duties include:-Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
-Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
-Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery and promote these daily in every routine.
-Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
-Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures.
-Facilitate a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and cover all children daily when colleagues are absent.
-Attend regular team meetings to ensure that you remain updated on key priorities, changes, developments and regularly review company policies and procedures.
