Working Hours: 4 days per week, 40 hours

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annul
About Us:
We are seeking enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and dedicated team at our nursery in Bromley. Our nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a rich and broad curriculum in a spacious and welcoming environment. We give children the space and opportunity to develop to their full potential, helping to create a foundation for lifelong learning.

Located close to Bromley South station with excellent transport links and easily accessible roadside parking, our nursery is in a prime location to serve families across Bromley and surrounding areas. We also have a large onsite car park for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and deliver stimulating and engaging activities that support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting and supporting their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Contribute to the overall running of the nursery, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, playtime, and rest periods.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements are followed.

 The Ideal Candidate:- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Be able to plan and deliver activities that cater to the individual needs of children.
- Have strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
