Bachman’s Nursery Wholesale has an opening for a Nursery Yardworker on our Outside Sales Support team member who has strong organizational skills, and is knowledgeable with perennial plant materials.  Are you looking for steady, full-time, employment with great benefits? POSITION DUTIES: + Provide on-site customer service to customers including but not limited to pulling product, reserving product for future orders, loading product, and giving directions.  + Monitor plant quality as orders are filled.  + Assist in other areas as needed in order to meet deadlines.  + Be a partner on managing, organizing, and communicating customer needs to personnel across the company. + Provide customer service and direction to on-site customers, vendors, and other traffic when necessary to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers alike.
