Join the CentraCare Team as a Nursing Assistant. Do you like variety? We're looking for a nursing assistant to float between CentraCare Central Family Medicine Clinics as needed.  The home base clinic will be Cold Spring but will need to float to Family Medicine Clinics to include Northway, Southway, Family Health, Albany, Becker, Big Lake, Sartell, Cold Spring, Clearwater and St. Joe.  Mileage paid from the clinic closet to the employee’s house.  Schedule 1 week in advance, or more.  However, there could be day to day changes, but this not anticipated to happen often. 

In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Additional activities that may be assigned include stocking exam rooms, assisting with in-clinic procedures, completing patient paperwork, and prepping patient charts for upcoming visits. You will also be responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care, supporting and implementing patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate, and supporting Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.

Schedule:

Part time | 24-48 hours ever 2 weeks 7:30 am to 4:30 pm variable days Monday-Friday  No weekends. No holidays

Pay and Benefits:

Pay starting at $16.98 per hour however, we pay more for experience.  Pay range $15.36 to $23.04 per hour Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and more! CentraCare employee discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and theaters.

Requirements:

Proof of successful completion of a nursing assistant course or experience as a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant or Health/Hospice Aide. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Valid driver's license in good standing.
