Join the CentraCare Team as a Nursing Assistant working casual at the Cold Spring and Clearwater clinics as needed. 

In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Additional activities that may be assigned include stocking exam rooms, assisting with in-clinic procedures, completing patient paperwork, and prepping patient charts for upcoming visits. You will also be responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care, supporting and implementing patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate, and supporting Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.

Schedule:

Casual hours, 16 hours every 30-days.  7:30 am to 4:30 pm variable days Monday-Friday  No weekends. No holidays

Pay and Benefits:

Pay starting at $16.98 per hour however, we pay more for experience.  Pay range $15.36 to $23.04 per hour. Earn extra pay for working extra available shifts. Casual benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness rewards, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts. 

Requirements:

Proof of successful completion of a nursing assistant course or experience as a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant or Health/Hospice Aide. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
