Works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. The Nursing Assistant may be required to work on other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients. Performs other duties as required.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

•    High school graduate or equivalent. Documented competency acceptable in certain circumstances. State tested licensure preferred (STNA, CNA).

•    Prior experience in a comparable acute facility preferred.
