Nursing Assistant
Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search in hiring a **Nursing Assistant** to work in a state-of-the-art medical treatment facility in Alto, CA, Menlo Park, CA or Livermore, CA. **Pay Rate:** The wage for this position is between $24 and $27.43/HR. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Shifts:** Multiple shift times available to choose from. **Job Duties:** • Provide direct care to patients with varying levels of physical and mental needs. • Assisting with activities of daily living. • Closely monitoring patients’ health status, responds appropriately to subtle patient changes by contacting the appropriate nursing personal. • Taking and recording temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure. • Monitor intake and output. • Applying simple dressings and maintaining skin integrity. • Accurately documenting patient care provided on electronic medical records. **Education/ Certifications:** • High School Diploma or equivalent • Nursing Assistant Certification • Must be COVID vaccinated. • Flu vaccination. • ACLS • BLS • A minimum of 2 years recent experience • VA experience is preferred.
