Be a part of the IHM Senior Living Community! We are looking for Full Time/Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CENAs) to work in our 5-star healthcare facility in Monroe, Michigan. We are taking resumes from candidates that share our values and mission in our skilled nursing facility.
Full-Time/Part-Time schedules available include working every other weekend/holiday:
2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. (32 hours per pay period) 2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. (80 hours per pay period) 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (40 hours per pay period) 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (48 hours per pay period)IHM Senior Living

The Nursing Assistant (CENA) performs a variety of resident related direct care duties, such as recording vital signs, transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, encouraging highest level of independence, and validating residents' concerns.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate/GED. Successful completion of a nursing assistant program. CENA certification is required, active in Michigan.
Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred, but not required.

Resident centered thinking, with awareness & sensitivity to resident needs, interests, & abilities Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of personal computers and related software Ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments.
