Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $22.35 - 24.2 / hour.

Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights

 

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN! This role provides hands on care and support services for our Care Center long term care unit residents and young adult-geriatric Transtional care unit patients.

 

This patient support schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Assists resident based on individual care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to call lightsNursing Assistant may per community patient care model check and record vitalsAM/PM cares; including peri care and catheter careMay turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistanceObserves residents and reports status to appropriate staff in a clear and concise mannerChart or document in electronic medical record systemSeeks to resolve resident and family concernsReceives and gives report to appropriate staff during various times in work shiftOther duties such as; order and cleanliness in rooms and work areas, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department, and answers phones in a timely manner Qualifications

Required:

Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start dateIf hired into the Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Training program, granted a 4-month grace period from hire date to be active on the MN Nursing Assistant registry

Preferred:
