Essential Function/Responsibilities: + Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care + Assisting patients with daily activities + Measuring and recording vital signs + Administering basic treatments + Helping to ensure a safe care environment + Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met + Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude + Good communication skills + Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills Minimum Education: + High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience: + Ability to multitask and function in a fast paced pre op and second stage area + Acute care experience strongly preferred + EMT experience welcome to apply License/Certification: + Certified Nursing Assistant preferred + BLS required
