Qualifications:
Must have a nursing assistant certification from the state body charged with the responsibility of certifying nursing assistants working in long-term care and be in good standing.Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision. Proven history of good judgement, integrity, and consideration to others Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities.
