Nursing Assistant Student - Centralia

The Student Nursing Assistant Program is a pathway for individuals wanting to begin their direct caregiver career at the hospital.  The program has four phases.  Caregivers will move through phases as appropriate to current scope (pre-nursing assistant program entry, active Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, completion of program, and awaiting Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) licensure).  The student nursing assistant will function under the direct supervision of the Manager, Program Supervisor, or designee and within the scope of practice that the Manager, Supervisor, or designee has determined is appropriate based upon the current scope and skills.
