The Role: 

Lead and manage all aspects of the skilled facility including staffing, budgeting, compliance with regulations, and resident care.  Assist the executive director in maintaining licensure and certification of the community; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and keep up to date with changes in healthcare laws. Manage facility operations, including daily schedules, care plans, and resident services. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or closely related field.  Background knowledge in financial management, including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports. 3+ years of management experience in health care or a life plan community environment is preferred.  An active nursing home administrator license in the state of Indiana.  Knowledge of long-term care regulations and industry best practices.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff.  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Travel Frequency: 10% 

Estimated Salary Range: $110,400 - $138,000

The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
