Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is an inner-city skilled nursing facility (SNF) with 5 floors and an average census of 160+.  We have and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health (formerly indigent) population.

The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common behavioral health diagnoses are schizophrenia, dependency, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.Many are able to age in place, and about 25% return to the community.Are you looking for a challenge?  This is your opportunity to come in and make a significant impact and help us turn things around for our staff and patients.

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Qualifications

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):  in other centers it may be called a Managing Director of Executive Director.

What we need from you:

IL LNHA license 3-5+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility (experience behavioral health is a plus)Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations, including independently writing POCs and overcoming prior survey infractionsYou understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and outIn your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
