Responsibilities The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing (if applicable). Current License as RN in the State of Texas CPR and ACLS certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross Attends facility specific training as well as training required for accreditation and to maintain certification(s) Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of nursing or management preferred
