We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to become a vital part of our collaborative team. Primary responsibilities of this role include onboarding/orientation, mentorship and support, competency management, regulatory compliance, curriculum development, facilitation of learning, technology integration, professional development planning, collaborative partnerships, research and evidence-based practice, and quality improvement. This role often functions in these responsibilities at a unit or facility level partnering with leaders and other stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and initiatives.  Qualifications: Bachelors Degree of Nursing (BSN) required. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department/specialty according to patient care policies. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Two years experience preferred. Must have the ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet the system educational needs.
