Provides coordination, analytics and technical support with functional/operational Medical Center projects, and serves as a technical expert on financial analysis, project planning and execution. Develops comprehensive plans for projects from plan initiation throughout implementation ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory accreditation and requirements. Expected to maintain a high level of understanding and demonstrate extensive knowledge involving project management, financial analysis and forecasting. + Provides effective coordination of projects. + Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. + Provides financial analysis on projects. + Prepares detailed reports, data, analytics, and insights relating to projects, business planning and business performance improvement efforts. + Collaborates on the development and delivery of professional presentations that influence senior leadership decision making. + Assists executive leadership to create strategic and long range business plans; supports capital and operating expense budget development for assigned projects. + Partners with medical center leadership to develop strategies and tactics for financial performance improvement. + Willingly adapts to organizational change and models commitment to professional development and continuous improvement. + In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. Position Compensation Range: $54,558.40 - $87,297.60 Annual MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 4 years relevant experience. Must be proficient with Excel/computer software that includes databases, spreadsheets, and statistical applications. Licensure: None. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
