In this vital role, you will play a key part in advancing our Quality and Clinical Improvement initiatives across various specialties within the region. You will help instill best practices and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. This position operates on a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life structure with no weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the development and execution of nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align across the IU Health Medical Group. Partner with healthcare leaders to advance strategic initiatives focusing on quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency. Mentor and support nurse managers, clinical leaders, and staff to foster professional development and nursing excellence. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technology systems that improve nursing workflows, such as Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA). Monitor and analyze patient care outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and apply evidence-based solutions. Lead or engage in interdisciplinary teams that promote a culture of continuous enhancement in clinical practices. Develop policies to ensure compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations governing nursing practice. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance and identify areas needing improvement. Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, ensuring timely completion of audits, surveys, and reviews.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience. Requires 5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience in an ambulatory setting with 3-5 years of concurrent management experience in order to gain knowledge of administration and operation of physician practices.
