As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Lankenau Medical Center, your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix. Lankenau is level II Trauma Center.

Position: Nurse Supervisor - Lankenau Medical Center

Shift: 36 hours per weekend, Days 7:00am-7:30pm, with weekend and holiday rotations

Experience:
1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred

Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required.
3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
