Nursing Supervisor - Inpatient Rehab

 

Shift Hours: Full-Time, 7:00PM - 7:30AM (Nights)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)/Nurse Manager (if position applies within hospital), the Nurse Supervisor will:

Guide assigned nursing personnelServe as a resource person and consultantProvide and oversee nursing careCarry out hospital and departmental philosophy and objectivesMaintain approved standards of patient careCollaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Nurse ManagerMay provide oversight for the hospital in the absence of the CNO/Nurse Manager Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Valid State RN License requiredTwo or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.Certified BLS required.Certified ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment required.CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred. Additional Data
