Evening Supervisor – Nurse Manager
Schedule: Every other weekend, Thursday–Sunday, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Call Rotation Required | One Winter & One Summer Holiday Rotation

As a Nurse Manager – Evening Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. Grounded in our core values of compassion, respect, and excellence, this leadership position empowers you to support and guide our nursing team in delivering high-quality clinical care while fostering an environment that prioritizes the dignity and well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate care delivery, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses both medical and emotional needs.Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care quality and resident outcomes.Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.Participate in the call rotation as part of leadership responsibilities.Work one designated winter holiday and one summer holiday per rotation schedule.

Requirements: 

1. Education - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.

3. Three years in Clinical practice, with one year in long-term care required.

4. Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.

5. Computer literacy strongly preferred.

6. CPR certification.
