Under direct supervision this role assists nurses and medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients.
Assist nurses and medical staff in providing direct patient care, including but not limited to taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Maintains a clean and safe patient environment by ensuring proper infection control measures, restocking supplies, and organizing patient rooms.
Documents patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records, including vital signs, medications administered, and patient observations.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care, including reporting any changes in patient condition to the appropriate personnel.
Participates in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in patient care techniques and procedures.
Adheres to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety. Qualifications
