Under general supervision acts as liaison between the patient (infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric), nursing and Nutritional Care Services. Performs menu activities for patients of all ages including infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Job requires both clinical nutrition and customer service skills. Job duties include menu modification, delivery, collection, and tallies; patient food preference interview to determine nutritional risk and special food needs; tray delivery and assembly; and performance improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:
within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority. 6 months Experience in a food service/customer oriented field.Preferred Qualifications:
