The Dining Host follows all relevant policies and procedures in the area of dining services, including neighborhood food preparation and service, honoring resident preferences and maintaining floor stock. Host activities are supervised during the shift by the Neighborhood Coordinator, dietitian, and nurse on duty, and the host reports important resident information to the nurse during the shift.
