NUTRITION SVC ASSOCIATE

Status: Part-time, Benefit-Eligible
Average Hours per pay period: 56 hours every 2 weeks
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Participates in the preparation of meals for doctors, patients, catering, and cafe customers, including delivery and cleanup. Follows D-10 standards and philosophy. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment in accordance with Morris Hospital policy and IDPH and other regulatory agency regulations. Operates and properly maintains food service equipment including the dish machine and the cash register. QUALIFICATIONSProfessional/Educational High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food service experience preferred. Current Food Service Sanitation Certificate or Illinois Food Handler Training Certificate. Or must obtain one of the previously listed within 30 days of date of hire. Experience with kitchen equipment and cash registers preferred.
Personal Must demonstrate high standards of personal cleanliness and hygiene. Must demonstrate good social skills and a commitment to quality. Must demonstrate a willingness to work as a member of a team.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
