Structural Specialist in Manufacturing is responsible for BOE Structure Management and Standardizing across all functions Globally. This role is responsible for establishing Robust Classification Process, Item Types and Numbering Process. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate BOE Structure with BOP Structure, streamline processes, and enhance Engineering efficiency. Overall, this role plays a crucial part in leveraging Teamcenter/Easy plan and NX software to drive operational excellence and innovation in manufacturing processes
Education QualificationBachelor’s degree in mechanical / Computer Engineering or related field; Mater degree will be an added advantageNo. of Years of Experience5+ years of Digital experiences in Teamcenter / NX SuitProfessional ExposureProficiency in software tools such as Teamcenter, NX Line Designer, and Easy Plan.
Experience in handling Manufacturing BOE Structure
Understanding Data Model / AI
Teamcenter funtional expertise is preferred

Managing the overall structure of the BOE. This involves working closely with the architecture, IT, and MPP (Manufacturing Planning and Process) teams.Implementing Structure across NX Platforms as well across FunctionsResponsible for establishing a standardized classification system for all the different functions within the company, including BCE, stamping, paint, final assembly, and PTME/BMEEnhancing Engineering efficiency: Optimizing Structure/Methods by leveraging the capabilities of NX software to improve Engineering Efficiencies as well as in bringing change management LiveEnsuring BOE structure aligns perfectly with the BOP (Bill of Process) structure. This means the information in both systems is consistent and works together seamlessly.Ensuring compliance and quality standards: Ensuring that PLM solutions meet regulatory compliance requirements and quality standards relevant to the manufacturing industry, such as ISO certifications and industry-specific regulations, related to facility layout design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper Item type adherence while creation.Deriving Guidelines for classifying items so that they align with Ford's specific part numbering system. This ensures that parts are identified and managed consistently.Understanding and supporting on Downstream Consumption of BOEShould have handled Structures of BOE / Product at Data model levelWill be architect of BOE (Manage BOE Architecture)Use IT skills to leverage overall manufacturing Architecture team and IT, to deliver BOE structure.Handling Digital Thread Projects
