NY - Field Support Technician

Description
• Utilize ServiceNow as the primary ticketing tool to manage IT support requests efficiently as well as monitor the ticket queue. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for IT processes. • Offer telephony (VoIP) support using Vonage system • Provide support for laptops, desktops, peripherals • Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly. • Take initiative in creating and following processes to enhance service delivery. • Travel to other NY sites (Brooklyn, Manhattan) nearby to provide support as needed. • Act as the point person for dispatching 3rd party vendors to external sites, guiding them through required tasks over the phone. • Manage and support vendors, ensuring quality service delivery. • Provide training to other team members as needed • Troubleshoot printer issues, network printing, IP printing and Pharos, network and wi-fi

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
